2. Accessing the website and server log files

This is a static website with no user accounts, contact forms, cookies or analytics/tracking services. This website is hosted by 1&1 Mail & Media GmbH (service: WEB.DE Hosting), Brauerstraße 48, 76135 Karlsruhe, Germany. When the site is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data that your browser transmits automatically: shortened or full IP address of the requesting device, date and time of access, name and size of the file retrieved, notification of whether retrieval succeeded, referring page (where transmitted), and the browser and operating system used.

This processing is necessary to provide and secure the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in the technically sound and secure operation of the site. This data is not combined with other data sources. Log data is deleted automatically after a short period. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.

If you contact us, we process your details solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. Your data is deleted once it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.
